Ingredients
+/- 500 g chicken feet
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp barbecue spice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 fresh chili pepper (finely chopped)
Method
Clean the chicken feet thoroughly, removing scales , nails and any dark, tough skin remaining on the feet.
Rinse thoroughly under running water.
Transfer the feet into a saucepan and add all the ingredients at once
Cook on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes or until the meat is just soft.
Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the feet are sticky.
Enjoy as a snack.
